When evening comes the city life does not stop, it just changes its form. People hurry to cinemas and theaters, to museums and concert halls, to parks. A human nature is created so that after creative, constructive work he cannot do without some rest, change of environment, without new impressions. Therefore it is not surprising that in cities along with areas with businesses and enterprises there are places for recreation, solitude and quiet, places for communication and entertainment. What are they for? For people to enjoy themselves, to engage in pleasant activities, to make life more comfortable, to raise people's spirit, to mobilize their physical and spiritual energy.
